Who we are

Blisss Film & Photo, a production company based in Chapecó, Santa Catarina, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018, LGPD).

What we collect

Through the contact form: name, company, role, email, WhatsApp, project type, deadline, budget range and the message you write.

Through the crew sign-up form: name, city, email, WhatsApp, roles, whether you work on set or remotely, portfolio link, Instagram and the text about you.

Along with the form we record technical information about the visit: campaign parameters (UTM), the page you arrived from and the site language.

If you accept cookies, Google Analytics records browsing data in aggregate: pages viewed, where the visit came from, device type, approximate city and clicks on videos and buttons.

Why we use it

We use this data to reply to your message, understand the project and send proposals related to it. We do not sell or share your data for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (art. 7, I) and on pre-contractual steps you requested (art. 7, V).

Who we share it with

Data goes through providers that run the site on our behalf: Netlify (hosting and form handling) and Supabase (the database where we keep business contacts and our talent bank). Videos are played by Vimeo, which only loads when you click to watch. If you accept cookies, browsing data goes to Google Analytics, by Google.

How long we keep it

We keep the data while there is a business relationship or legitimate interest in the contact, and delete it when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You may at any time request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent (LGPD, art. 18).

Cookies

The site only uses Google Analytics cookies, and only after you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline, no tracking cookie is stored. Your choice is kept in your browser, and you can change it anytime through the Cookies link in the footer.

The Vimeo player loads with do-not-track enabled.
